Follow a nurse-approved plan to provide personal care, home support, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care) in clients' homes.
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and home management tasks as needed.
Support range of motion exercises and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices when appropriate.
Provide medication reminders and monitor changes in client health.
Deliver compassionate, respectful care and help maintain client dignity and independence.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year of home health or patient care experience.
Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board.
Strong communication, empathy, patience, and reliability.
Ability to travel to clients' homes and work as part of a caring team.
