Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse; provide personal care and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living to help adults stay at home.
Support with meals, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
Medication reminders and vital sign checks.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year of home health/patient care experience.
Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
Training provided by BAYADA; we will train you.
Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
