Follow nurse-approved care plan to provide personal care, household support, and companionship.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care).
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and meal prep.
Support mobility with range-of-motion exercises and transfers.
Administer medication reminders and monitor basic health signs.
Travel to client homes as assigned and ensure a great patient experience.
