Follow a nurse's written plan of care to provide personal care and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and light household tasks at home.
Support bathing, grooming, toileting, meal prep, and mobility.
Help with transfers and range of motion exercises as trained.
Provide compassionate, reliable home health care and safety.

🎯 Requirements

Previous home health care experience preferred, but training provided.
Passion for caregiving and helping others.
Commitment to quality care and being present.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Ability to travel to clients' homes.
Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
