Follow RN plan of care; provide personal care, household support, and companionship.
Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and meal preparation.
Range of motion exercises; assist with transfers and mobility devices.
Medication reminders; report changes to supervisor.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year of work experience.
Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
Previous home health or patient care welcome, but not required; training provided.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
