Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of assigned client accounts and projects
• Build strong client relationships and act as primary day-to-day contact
• Manage project timelines, budgets, estimates, and invoicing
• Ensure quality across outputs and challenge work where needed
• Coordinate internal teams for smooth, efficient delivery
• Support Account Directors with forecasting and account planning

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years’ account handling experience in healthcare communications
• Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare environments
• Experience across the promotional/marketing mix
• Strong organisational and multi-project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients
• Sound financial management skills including budgets and estimates
