🎯 Requirements

Doctoral students and graduates in Chemistry or closely related fields (including PhD students/postdocs).
Advanced chemical reasoning, experimental design, reaction mechanisms, and data analysis.
Knowledge across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, materials, or computational chemistry.
F-1 CPT/OPT eligible; STEM OPT not supported.
No AI or technical experience required.
