🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering/math/science OR 3+ years in manufacturing
- PCB manufacturing equipment or PCB processes experience
- Lean manufacturing experience
- SPC knowledge; statistics for process capability
- Tooling design experience in manufacturing
- Experience handling hazardous chemicals
- Willing to train on 1st shift (5:00 AM–5:00 PM) for 30 days
- Willing to work A-D shifts and overtime/weekends as needed
- Willing to travel to other SpaceX sites/vendors (potentially international)
