Chemical Engineer (Process Operations Lead)

📋 Description

• Ensure safe, efficient use of personnel, equipment, and resources
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and QA standards
• Enforce Safety STOP and Plant 5s programs
• Create and update departmental SOPs and WI as needed
• Evaluate technical staff performance; write hourly PAs
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues affecting safety, quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
• Recent engineering grads with internship experience considered
• 3+ years in a production environment
• 3+ years as a plant services or quality services technician
• Prior experience managing 3+ direct reports
