Develop and maintain new and improved PCB manufacturing processes and equipment.
Analyze production processes and machinery from first principles.
Design experiments to diagnose problems using DOE and statistics.
Perform defect analysis to identify root causes and improve yields.
Create project plans, budgets, and cost/benefit analyses for new processes.
Own machine activation and testing with a small team of engineers/technicians.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
1+ years in chemical engineering design, analysis, or system implementation
Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, environmental, or related field
Hands-on experience with complex fluid or mechanical production systems
Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing and scaling to high volume
PCB manufacturing experience: metal plating, copper etching, metallization, plasma etching
