🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of chemical engineering design, analysis, or system implementation experience.
- Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or environmental discipline.
- Hands-on experience with complex fluid or mechanical production systems.
- Experience moving products from design to high-volume manufacturing.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
- Experience with PCB processes: metal plating, copper etching, metallization, waste treatment, plasma etching.
