📋 Description

• Prepare crew meals daily; assist guest meal prep.
• Assist Head/Sous Chef with buffet setups and action stations.
• Contribute to canapes and plating for service.
• Assist with inventory, provisioning, and sanitation.
• Lead or mentor galley team as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced galley aboard a vessel.

🎯 Requirements

• Culinary training from a formal school preferred.
• Minimum 3 years onboard passenger ships in culinary role.
• Ability to work 10-12 hours in galley daily.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking.
• Licenses: First Aid/CPR/AED; STCW Basic Safety; TWIC; USCG Medical.
