Technical Sourcer (Contract)

Role Overview

Checkr is seeking a Technical Sourcer for a contract engagement to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote contract role based in the United States will partner with engineering, product, and data teams to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent. You will source candidates using advanced search techniques, Boolean logic, and a variety of sourcing tools; build and maintain robust candidate pipelines; assess candidate fit; and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter in tech, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Qualifications

• Experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter in the tech industry
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and proactive candidate outreach
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS systems
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
