Overview
Checkr is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance - Enterprise to lead the QA strategy for enterprise products, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability for our enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the QA strategy for enterprise products across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Lead and develop a high-performing QA team; mentor QA engineers and recruit as needed.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Establish test plans, test cases, and automation strategies; drive test automation to improve coverage and release velocity.
- Implement and monitor quality metrics; own release readiness and post-release quality improvements.
- Manage risk assessment, critical defect triage, and incident response for enterprise deployments.
- Partner on performance, security, and reliability testing for complex enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Senior Manager or Director level).
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and test management (Jira, TestRail).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise deployments.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

- Experience with data privacy, compliance, or security testing.
