📋 Description

  • Partner with revenue teams on high-visibility projects; ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with revenue, finance, ops, product, and exec teams on core initiatives.
  • Understand internal processes and goals to inform long-term strategy.
  • Lead continuous improvements; identify gaps, build plans and execute.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes to drive revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in program mgmt, GTM/revenue ops, strategy, finance, or consulting.
  • Proven track record building processes/tools for new revenue functions and measuring impact.
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills; experience with senior leadership.
  • Tough yet positive; problem solver, curious and candid.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and Salesforce; SQL/BI tools a plus.
