Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end outreach to fulfill employment and income verifications.
• Make outbound calls and emails to HR/payroll to gather data promptly.
• Conduct discovery to identify accurate employer contacts and prevent fraud.
• Manage high-volume outreach with new claims and follow-ups daily with accuracy.
• Navigate internal systems to submit verifications within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Support, Quality, and other teams to resolve complex issues.

• 1+ year in outreach or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuade via phone/email.
• Strong time management; juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced env.
• Self-starter with drive to hit productivity goals.
