Overview

Contract G&A and Operations Recruiter at Checkr. This remote role supports Checkr's G&A and Operations teams with end-to-end recruiting for non-technical roles during a defined contract period. Based in the United States, you will partner with leaders across administrative and operations functions to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across G&A and Operations to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles, including posting, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Build diverse pipelines, enhance the candidate experience, and drive timely communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast hiring demand and optimize recruitment processes.
• Ensure an efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring process in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
• Experience recruiting for G&A and Operations roles (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Corporate Functions).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed team and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
