Job Description

Check is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to oversee the end-to-end delivery of client services, coordinating across product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to service level agreements. You will own onboarding and implementation projects, monitor performance metrics, handle client escalations, and drive continuous improvements to scale Check's delivery capabilities. This role requires strong collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Role Summary

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to guarantee successful service delivery, maintain high customer satisfaction, and optimize delivery processes. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear expectations and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and implementation projects with product, engineering, and support teams
  • Own service delivery timelines and SLAs, tracking progress and resolving blockers
  • Handle client escalations and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
  • Document standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements
  • Analyze service metrics to drive improvements in CSAT and retention

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management or service delivery roles
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Background in operations or customer success
