Check is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to help customers succeed by coordinating onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing account support. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services, manage expectations, and optimize service processes. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

In this remote-friendly role, you will own end-to-end service delivery for our client base, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manage customer onboarding and service delivery timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams (CS, Sales, Product, Engineering) to fulfill commitments
Track and report on SLAs, KPIs, and project milestones
Proactively identify process improvements to reduce friction and increase customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation and account records in CRM
Escalate issues as needed and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

2+ years in service delivery, customer success, or operations (or related field)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
