Overview

Check is seeking a proactive Risk Analyst to help identify, measure, and mitigate risks across our platform. This remote-friendly role will collaborate with Data, Product, and Compliance teams to inform business decisions and maintain strong controls.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze risk indicators to identify emerging threats
Develop risk metrics and dashboards to communicate risk posture to leadership
Build and validate risk models and scoring methods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk controls and process improvements
Support regulatory reporting and internal audits
Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in risk analysis or data analytics
Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
