Overview

As a Payroll Support Specialist, you will assist with day-to-day payroll tasks, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with the finance and HR teams to maintain compliant payroll processes.

Responsibilities

Answer payroll-related questions from clients and internal teams with a focus on accuracy and excellent customer service.
Support payroll data collection and validation for payroll runs.
Maintain and update records in HRIS and payroll systems.
Assist with audits and compliance activities as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Ops) to resolve payroll issues.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in payroll, HR, or customer support (entry to mid level).
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and comfortable with data entry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
