Overview
Check is seeking a Partner Success Manager to build and nurture strategic partnerships, drive adoption of Check's offerings, and ensure partner success at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with Check's partner ecosystem
- Onboard new partners and drive adoption of Check's products
- Define and track success metrics, report on program performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on partner programs
- Identify opportunities for growth through partner channels
- Gather partner feedback and translate it into program improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in partner success, alliance management, or channel sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with SaaS or technology partnerships
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and present insights
- Hybrid/Remote-ready with ability to work effectively in a distributed team
