Single point of contact on loan files (excluding licensed officer conversations).
Gather and clear conditions with borrowers and outside parties to reach closing quickly.
Maintain relationships with manufactured home retailers, communities, and borrowers.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years processing experience
2+ years working in Encompass
Knowledge of general lending guidelines and compliance laws
Experience in manufactured home loans (preferred)
Experience closing construction loans (preferred)
Multitask and perform under high pressure
