Chattel Closing Specialist I

📋 Description

• Work directly with borrowers and builders in the loan funding process.
• Maintain a funding pipeline and manage doc drawing/funding.
• Send closing documents, collect/clear conditions, and fund loans.
• Adhere to timing and compliance requirements.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in manufactured home loans is preferred.
• College education is preferred.
• Multitask effectively under pressure and deadlines.
• Organized and able to track all tasks and information.
• Willingness to travel to Chandler, AZ up to 4x per year.
