Role Overview

As Chartis continues to expand as a leading healthcare strategy and advisory firm, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in shaping the firm’s future by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent at the Engagement Manager level and below.

The Senior Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of experienced hire recruiting, partnering closely with firm leaders to assess current and future talent needs, conduct market research, and oversee the recruiting process from initial contact through offer. This position is essential to attracting premier talent across the healthcare industry and supporting Chartis’ continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires at the Engagement Manager level and below, including both generalist and specialist roles across all consulting practices

  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of strategies, including cold outreach, online databases, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry events

  • Facilitate offer decision processes by balancing input from multiple stakeholders, guiding discussions to surface potential issues, and building alignment

  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing offers, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Partner with colleagues to identify and drive initiatives that improve all areas of talent acquisition and the overall talent experience

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the firm to support organizational goals

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive recruiting and sourcing experience within a professional services firm or agency, ideally focused on experienced hires

  • Healthcare recruiting experience required; provider consulting experience preferred

  • Proven track record of delivering results and building high-quality candidate pipelines; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate the Chartis value proposition and engage candidates effectively

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, evolving environment

  • Highly collaborative, effective as both a team leader and team player

  • Strong networks in management consulting and healthcare industries preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Minimal travel required (e.g., quarterly firm meetings, industry events)

Salary range: $85,000-$105,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
