Role Overview
The High Reliability Care (HRC) practice at Chartis manages a portfolio of software applications, some locally developed, and others externally purchased, to support critical functions such as policy repository, external peer review operations, project management, and hospital regulatory survey management.
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Application & Programs to oversee this portfolio and ensure seamless operations across multiple platforms. This role also offers the opportunity to leverage subject matter expertise (technology, regulatory/compliance, or quality & safety) to support internal and external projects.
Key Responsibilities
Application Management
Administer and maintain mainstream applications including:
PolicyStat (RL Datix)
Jira
Smartsheet
ShareFile
Light administration of the MS Office Suite to support department-specific needs, including managing templates, organizing folder structures, and maintaining a shared document library to ensure version consistency.
Internal company developed applications and programs
Note: The suite of applications can vary and may be adjusted by firm leadership.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and workflows across platforms.
Collaborate with IT and vendors for troubleshooting and updates.
Participate in product lifecycle discussions and license management.
Content & Compliance Oversight:
Upload and maintain regulatory content and educational resources.
Ensure compliance with firm and client standards for document and data management.
Training & Support
Provide training and guidance to consultants on platform usage.
Serve as liaison for troubleshooting and escalations.
Leverage subject matter expertise to support internal and external projects.
Identify enhancements and help evolve products.
Program Coordination
Administer monthly marketing webinars (logistics, hosting, reporting).
Support consultants with project management tools and templates.
Serve as a resource and liaison to other Chartis platforms
Qualifications and Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in software applications management, preferably within healthcare.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft 365, etc.)
Capable of prioritizing tasks based on criticality to support HRC operational goals.
Project management experience.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology and programs.
Preferred: healthcare quality, safety, regulatory, or clinical experience.
Salary range is $80,000 to $105,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
