As Chartis continues to expand its impact as a leading healthcare strategy and advisory firm, we are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s future by identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional mid-career to senior-level talent.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership, driving the full lifecycle recruitment of experienced hires, with a particular emphasis on mid-career to senior-level positions. You will combine market intelligence, search expertise, and a deep understanding of Chartis’ mission to build a pipeline of transformative talent to accelerate the firm’s growth. From defining hiring needs to crafting compelling outreach strategies, and from assessing candidate fit to guiding final offer negotiations, you will lead a high-touch, relationship-driven process that reflects the firm’s values of excellence, collaboration, and impact.

Recruiting
Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-career to senior-level roles across varied Healthcare Advisory practices
Partner with firm leadership to define hiring needs, role specifications, and success profiles for mid to senior-level candidates
Build and manage a high-touch candidate pipeline by leveraging advanced search methods, industry mapping, direct sourcing, and targeted outreach
Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential through structured interviews and evaluation techniques
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and relationship-driven experience
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Partners and practice leaders on hiring strategies
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership, including compensation trends and talent availability
Facilitate hiring committee discussions and present candidate slates, assessments, and recommendations to decision-makers
Manage sensitive negotiations around compensation packages, equity, and onboarding terms in alignment with firm policies
Talent Strategy & Market Development
Represent Chartis externally at industry events, networking forums, and professional associations to strengthen employer brand positioning
Partner with Marketing and Communications to enhance Chartis’ visibility in the talent market
Monitor competitor activity and talent moves to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates
Process & Operational Excellence
Deliver a best-in-class recruiting process tailored for mid-career to senior-level searches, ensuring confidentiality, rigor, and alignment with firm values
Partner with Legal and HR to ensure compliance in hiring practices, contracts, and executive onboarding
Leverage and continuously optimize our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to streamline recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience, and enhance reporting and analytics
Collaborate with internal HR and People teams to ensure smooth transition and integration of senior hires into the firm
Bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of progressive recruiting experience within a professional services firm, including 3+ years focused on Healthcare Strategy and Advisory recruiting at mid-career through senior levels
Demonstrated success building strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Exceptional communicator with the ability to convey the Chartis value proposition and engage candidates effectively
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven, with a proven ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle and deliver impact
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Minimal travel required (e.g., quarterly firm meetings, industry events)
Salary range: $100,000-$140,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
