🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in learning design, delivery and facilitation, including AI/tech
- Bachelor's degree required; focus on instructional design/technology a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles
- Demonstrated people/team leadership in a learning team
- Strong project leadership, able to prioritize under tight timelines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
