Role Overview

Chartis Revenue Cycle Consultants are integral members of our consulting teams, generally working on a single engagement to meet client needs while under the direction of and collaborating closely with colleagues. Our project teams are dynamic, usually consisting of 2-4 members and often involve cross-practice collaboration. Client engagements often span 3-12 months in duration.

Our purpose in the Revenue Cycle Practice is to be the unrivaled, objective, and forward-thinking strategic advisor for prescriptive, transformative revenue cycle consulting. The ultimate result is a sustainable, functional, and optimal revenue cycle model that nimbly supports organizational strategy and enables organizations to realize their full revenue potential.

Responsibilities

  • Define analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action

  • Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analyses

  • Provide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutions

  • Create multi-issue client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal support

  • Effectively engage with clients, including senior client administrators and physician leads, ensure meaningful results are achieved, and build ongoing relationships

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • 4+ years of provider-based Revenue Cycle management consulting experience required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred

  • Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams

  • Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

  • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needs

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to advise our clients professionally and positively

Salary range: $133,000-$166,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
