Role Overview

This newly created position sits within the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer, which is charged with driving the next phase of enterprise growth for Chartis. A key imperative will be to build the next generation of strategic solutions that deliver outsized growth and impact for our clients and the healthcare industry. This role will be a critical enabler of this work. The Enterprise Offering Development Lead will be responsible for driving the creation of integrated, future-facing solutions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—leading the design and development of enterprise transformation offerings that reflect the healthcare industry’s evolving needs and harness Chartis’ breadth and depth of capabilities from across its Lines of Business (LOB).

In this high-impact position, the Lead will convene cross-functional teams and senior leaders through structured sprint cycles to co-develop offerings that align with client needs and firm strategy. Acting as both an internal consultant and hands-on offering development lead, they will facilitate collaboration, manage milestones, and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Offering Development

  • Drive the development of enterprise transformation offerings that integrate growth strategy, capabilities identification, and financial planning to support future-state solutions—packaged with a comprehensive suite of services, including change management

  • Develop high-quality deliverables including slide decks and visual materials to support offering design, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication—translating complex ideas into clear, compelling content tailored for senior audiences

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive market dynamics surrounding priority solution areas

  • Coordinate large, strategic pursuits related to assigned offering areas, shaping sales approaches and harnessing pursuit learnings to further refine solutions

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy formulation and execution in support of launching and scaling newly developed offerings

  • Capture learnings and best practices to enhance efficacy of offering development standards across the firm

Strategic Stakeholder Communication

  • Foster collaboration across Practices and Lines of Business, bringing leaders together to align on offering development goals, drive productive conversations, establish clear milestones, and coordinate offline workstreams to maintain momentum between structured sessions

  • Facilitate design thinking sessions to help surface insights, build consensus, and move from idea to execution

  • Engage with an external executive steering committee to test and refine offerings, as needed

  • Structure executive steering committee reviews to validate and refine propositions

  • Collaborate with professional services teams to harness relevant expertise as part of the offering development process, for example working with colleagues in areas such as Analytics, Research, Marketing, Consulting Operations, and others

Sprint-Based Delivery Model

  • Execute sprint cycles, managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Serve as the lead thinker/implementer—facilitating design thinking sessions, building artifacts, and refining execution

  • Establish and track sprint milestones, ensuring timely progress across teams working in parallel

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting and enterprise solution development is required

  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple executive stakeholders is required

  • Strong background in program and project management with experience driving structured sprints or innovation cycles

  • Demonstrated skill in facilitation, particularly design thinking or human-centered design sessions

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterative development methodologies, with a balance of strategic vision and detail-oriented execution

  • Superior communicator able to convey insights in a way that motivates clients to action

  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across varying levels of the organization without direct authority

  • Strong slide development skills; able to create executive-level deliverables

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Salary range: $160,000-$215,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
