- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in group travel coordination or related field; expedition/luxury travel a plus.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong project management; ability to manage multiple programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint; CRM familiarity.
