Own KPIs and report monthly to leadership.
Develop and execute GTM strategy for new markets.
Build relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to address needs and remove barriers.

🎯 Requirements

Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT or Las Vegas, NV
6-10+ years business development; 2-3+ years sales leadership
Healthcare experience a plus
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
US work authorization and native/bilingual English
Proven track record growing B2B/outreach accounts
