Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

Based in Baytown, TX
Fluent in English
1-4 years proven sales experience; KPIs a plus
Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus
Travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus
