📋 Description

• You support the team in achieving its goals and meeting its commitments.
• You ensure and communicate project progress updates to the delivery team, the client, and the organization.
• You participate in the development of the delivery plan and ensure it is followed.
• You monitor budget usage and report on it both internally and to the client.
• You foster a healthy team dynamic and support continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
• You facilitate the various project delivery activities.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in digital project management and have contributed to the delivery of multiple projects over the past few years.
• You are proficient in both English and French, spoken and written, to work with our clients.
• You have experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
• You are aware that every project is different and adapt your approach accordingly.
• You are comfortable addressing budget-related issues with a client.
• You manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of what matters most.
