  • Act as main contact for US/CA partnership teams within SLA.
  • Build and maintain relationships with resellers and sales teams.
  • Provide product knowledge, pricing, collateral, and guidance.

  • Identify recurring problems and implement lasting solutions.
  • Provide phone and face-to-face support when needed.

  • 1-2 years in sales support, channel mgmt, tech support, or customer service
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and AI tools
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
  • Preferred: experience with self-employed contractors, distributors, or channel partners
