  • Drive partner-led growth with partners, GTM, and marketing to build a pipeline.
  • Enable system integrators, service providers, and marketplace apps to win opportunities.
  • Own and manage the partner referral pipeline with internal sales pods.
  • Identify target accounts using Crossbeam to improve referrals.
  • Develop channel strategies aligned with revenue goals and joint GTM motions.
  • Source and onboard System Integrators and coordinate ROM/SOW requests.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and GTM teams on campaigns and events.
  • Support sales pods with partner insights and integration context.
  • Build long-term partner relationships with shared growth plans.
  • Track partner performance with CRM updates and market trend sensing.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Marketing, Sport Management, or similar.
  • 4-6+ years of B2B partner/channel sales in high-growth firms with targets met.
  • Experience in the Sports & Entertainment industry strongly preferred.
  • Marketing or data analytics experience is a plus.
  • Cross-functional experience with large-scale, data-driven initiatives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
