π― Requirements
- 5-8 years in channel partnerships or related fields with scalable partner networks.
- Proven success in cold outbound prospecting and turning conversations into signed agreements.
- Experience with channel partners in complex ecosystems (accountants, consultants, tech platforms, distributors).
- Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity; ability to build structure where none exists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messaging to partner personas.
