  • Identify and develop referral partnerships with private practice, medspa ecosystem orgs.
  • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle from outreach to activation and management.
  • Build/maintain partner pipeline via outbound, calls, email, LinkedIn, events.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Product to build co-marketing and onboarding playbooks.
  • Track KPIs: pipeline, conversions, revenue; optimize via data.
  • Represent Nitra at healthcare/aesthetics events to grow partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in channel partnerships or related fields with scalable partner networks.
  • Proven success in cold outbound prospecting and turning conversations into signed agreements.
  • Experience with channel partners in complex ecosystems (accountants, consultants, tech platforms, distributors).
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity; ability to build structure where none exists.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messaging to partner personas.
