- Track and report partnership KPIs such as pipeline, conversion, and revenue; optimize based on data.
- Represent Nitra at healthcare and aesthetics events to deepen partner relationships.
π― Requirements
- 5β8 years in channel partnerships or indirect sales with proven success.
- Proven cold outbound prospecting and closing deals.
- Experience with channel partners in complex ecosystems (accountants, consultants, tech platforms).
- Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
- Strong relationships and executive presence with owners and C-suite.
- Data-driven with CRM and outbound platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
