๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years experience with at least 3 years in Partner Sales, BD, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships
- Strong discovery skills with ability to identify pain points and consultative selling
- Top performer with a track record of exceeding targets and quotas
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can build relationships across the company
- Nice-to-have: Experience partnering with franchisors/franchisees in consulting, sales, or partnerships
