📋 Description

  • Source and qualify new accounting partners; conduct deep discovery.
  • Sign partners and create GTM plans.
  • Drive revenue by generating client referrals from accounting firms.
  • Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders in accounting firms.
  • Educate accounting firms on Ramp’s offering and articulate value props.
  • Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key accounting partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product/engineering.
  • Become an expert in Ramp product, features, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years total experience with at least 3 years in partner sales, business development, or channel partnerships.
  • Strong discovery skills and consultative selling.
  • Top performer who routinely exceeds targets and quotas.
  • Daily tracking and improvement of performance and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; excellent listening.
  • Bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced startup.
