  • Own a portfolio of channel partners across accelerators, law firms, and VC programs
  • Formalize and scale partner relationships that are informal or ad hoc
  • Evaluate partner performance and decide where to invest deeper vs lighter-touch
  • Recommend partner prioritization and expansion based on data
  • Execute Pulley's channel framework to turn ecosystems into repeatable leads
  • Partner with leadership to pilot channel motions and identify top archetypes

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–5 years in partnerships, business development, or related GTM role
  • Direct experience managing channel partnerships with referrals, revenue share, or co-selling
  • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline via repeatable referral programs
  • Comfort building programs and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong judgment prioritizing partner investment by performance
  • Enable partners with clear messaging, training, and materials
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
