π― Requirements

- Proven ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline via repeatable referral programs
- Comfort building programs and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
- Strong judgment prioritizing partner investment by performance
- Enable partners with clear messaging, training, and materials
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
