  • Own the partner pipeline and ARR targets.
  • Design/manage channel programs, contracts, and incentives.
  • Establish repeatable lead submission and handoff to SDRs/AEs.
  • Conduct quarterly/annual Joint Business Planning with top-tier partners.
  • Manage partner relationships and enablement, incl. co-marketing.
  • Use Salesforce and partner tools to forecast revenue and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, BD, or Alliance Mgmt.
  • Proven revenue growth via channel partners.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner platforms.
  • Experience in youth sports or sports associations preferred.
  • Experience launching and scaling partner enablement programs.
