📋 Description

  • Develop and grow Rubrik partners to increase pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Identify new partners to onboard, build a plan, and drive engagement
  • Gain access to partner customer bases to drive new sales campaigns with marketing
  • Enable partner deployment skills to install Rubrik and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with distributors to gain support and scale across the region
  • Amplify Rubrik’s success via Technology Alliances (MSFT, AWS, Netap, Nutanix)

🎯 Requirements

  • Hard working, self-driven and highly motivated individual with great team spirit
  • Strong knowledge about the Data Management / Data Protection / Storage and Security market
  • Great relation and reputation with key partners in assigned region
  • Able to present to larger audiences and host events with partners and end-customers
  • Experience within the channel model and managing new and existing partners
  • Identify and close deals with partners in coordination with Rubrik Account Teams
