  • Develop and grow Rubrik focus partners to increase pipeline and revenue.
  • Gain access to partner customer bases and improve deployments for high satisfaction.
  • Integrate Rubrik into partner solutions to expand offerings.
  • Manage and grow distribution and regional channel partners.
  • Leverage technology alliances (MSFT, AWS, NetApp, Nutanix) to boost success.
  • Coordinate with sales for target accounts and Partner Initiated Deals.

  • 5+ years in partnerships role at a vendor.
  • Proven track record in identifying, acquiring, and developing partners.
  • Experience enabling partners and running channel programs with field sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Management, Data Protection, and Security markets.
  • Experience planning quarterly and yearly sales activities and marketing plans.
  • Background in sales and product training, including enablement.
  • Proficient in reporting metrics, forecasting, and tracking partner performance.
