- Minimum 2 years in top-tier consulting (MBB) or equivalent
- MBA from a top-tier business school
- Proven track record managing complex B2B2C or B2B2B partner relationships
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on recurring revenue and scalable impact
- Fluency in English (additional regional language highly beneficial)
- Background in travel, hospitality, financial services, entertainment or tech preferred
