  • Proven ability to recruit, enable, and scale partners.
  • Familiarity with partner models (Affiliate/Referral, Reseller, ISV).
  • Experience influencing enablement, co-marketing, incentives, and forecasts.
  • Comfort in fast-growing environments; organized and autonomous.
  • Salesforce proficiency and sales/marketing automation (Outreach).
