📋 Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Serve as main contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Develop strategic account plans with objectives and actions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated related experience.
  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
