- Collaborate with marketing, ops, legal, and HR to execute channel strategies.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships, including C-Suite engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- Channel account management experience; UCaaS/CCaaS/AI preferred.
- Knowledge of routes to market (TSDs, Alliances, VARs).
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills for tech audiences.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
- Proven ability to forecast channel pipeline and revenue.
