📋 Description

  • Channel Partner Management: Build/maintain partner relationships (TSDs/Alliances/VARs).
  • Recruit partners into PolyAI’s channel program to align with business goals.
  • Demonstrate PolyAI tech to partners and customers.
  • Forecast and report channel pipeline and revenue monthly/quarterly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, ops, legal, and HR to execute channel strategies.
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships, including C-Suite engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • Channel account management experience; UCaaS/CCaaS/AI preferred.
  • Knowledge of routes to market (TSDs, Alliances, VARs).
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills for tech audiences.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
  • Proven ability to forecast channel pipeline and revenue.
