  • Identify and build high-impact channel partnerships driving partner-sourced revenue.
  • Close partner-referred opportunities and co-sell with AEs to own pipeline.
  • Onboard and enable partners end-to-end through onboarding, enablement, incentives.
  • Nurture partnerships from launch to long-term revenue relationships.
  • Ideate and launch co-marketing initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Operations, and Product to remove friction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem-led revenue roles.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue outcomes through partners, not just manage relations.
  • Strong VC/startup knowledge and ability to build senior relationships.
  • Excellent English, with ability to write partner outreach, enablement, and campaigns.
  • Strong research, prioritization, and commercial judgment skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership.
