- Proven ability to drive revenue outcomes through partners, not just manage relations.
- Strong VC/startup knowledge and ability to build senior relationships.
- Excellent English, with ability to write partner outreach, enablement, and campaigns.
- Strong research, prioritization, and commercial judgment skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership.
