  • Identify and build high-impact channel partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Close partner-referred opportunities and co-sell with AEs to own pipeline and ARR.
  • Onboard and enable partners end-to-end with incentives to maximize performance.
  • Nurture partnerships from launch to long-term revenue.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, campaigns, content) to accelerate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Ops, and Product to improve channel conversion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, partnerships, or channel/ecosystem revenue roles.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partners, not just manage relationships.
  • Strong VC/startup ecosystem understanding with senior relationships.
  • Excellent English; able to write compelling partner outreach and campaigns.
  • Strong research, prioritization, and commercial judgment.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
