- Proven ability to drive revenue through partners, not just manage relationships.
- Strong VC/startup ecosystem understanding with senior relationships.
- Excellent English; able to write compelling partner outreach and campaigns.
- Strong research, prioritization, and commercial judgment.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
